Early Learning Software

Holiday is coming. It makes me think of gifts. Lately, my husband has been thinking of getting a gift for his nephew this coming Christmas. I suggested something educational would be great for the baby. I would prefer early learning software – Little Reader Home Basic (see photo below). It is a downloadable software tool great for kids to learn how to read, to recognize things such as pictures, sound and video and to learn some foreign languages. Seafood Cook off

I love seafood since I was a kid. I don’t eat it every day but they are just so good. Most especially, Tilapia fish—I love it fried. I would season the fish with salt; garlic, onions and pepper, then fry it. And dip in sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce with vinegar and spices. Writing this post right now makes me hungry. I also love fish soup—flavored it with lemon grass, tomatoes, onions and napa cabbage. And of course, seasoned with salt and pepper. I just love cooking food. My husband tells me that I love discussing food and I am not even fat. Haha I thought it was funny how he said that. Talking about cooking, I found a site where all chefs compete each other in cooking seafood. It seems exciting to me. It will give us different ideas on how to cook fish in different ways.
