We need to take care of our eyes. Sometimes, we take eyes for granted--
we tend to always focus on our face. There are ways to have healthier
eyes. Take adequate rest and sleep to refresh the eyes and help them
function well. Eat fruits and vegetables such as carrots, spinach,
papaya and mangoes. These are rich in beta carotene. Beta carotene helps
to have healthy eyes. Exercise for blood circulation to make sure the
eyes get enough oxygen for function. Don't ever rub your eyes. Just
blink your eyelids. It is a good exercise to the eyes. Drink at least 12
glasses of water to avoid any kind of puffiness in the eyes. Hope
