A Romanian immigrant in British Columbia has given birth to her 18th child and the province's most prolific mother in 20 years. The husband said Saturday that his 44-year-old wife gave birth to their daughter that weighed in at seven pounds, 12 ounces. He said that they never planned how many children to have and they let God guide their lives. They, however, powerfully believe life comes from God and thankful that all of them are healthy and happy. Their 17 other children range in age from 20 months to 23 years old (10 girls and eight boys). See photo on the right (a pose for a photograph with 13 of their 18 children at their home). Wow, they seem like a happy family. But I wonder how the parents are able to manage and feed their children.
